This website is operated by Quantum Canvas Technologies Pty Ltd (ABN 50 690 098 590, ACN 690 098 590), of QLD 4005, Australia. In these terms "we" and "us" mean that company, and "you" means anyone using this site.
By using quantumcanvas.app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What this site is
This site describes Quantum Canvas, an application that is not yet released, and lets you join a waitlist to be told when it becomes available.
Nothing here is an offer to sell, and nothing here guarantees that the application will be released, released in the form described, or released within any particular timeframe. Features, pricing and timing may change or be abandoned.
Joining the waitlist
You may join the waitlist by giving us an email address. In doing so you confirm that the address is yours or that you are entitled to use it.
Joining the waitlist creates no account, no contract to supply anything, and no obligation on either of us beyond what the privacy policy describes. You can be removed at any time by emailing admin@quantumcanvas.app or using the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
We may decline or remove a signup — for example if an address appears automated, abusive or not genuinely held by the person submitting it.
What the site says about the product
Quantum Canvas generates images from quantum randomness. Our research into whether those images correspond with a person's state is published and its data is public, and the effects reported are statistical: they appear across many people and many casts, not reliably in any single instance.
Accordingly, the application is offered for reflection, creative and entertainment purposes. It is not a substitute for professional advice, and nothing it produces should be relied on for medical, psychological, legal or financial decisions. Any card, image or text it generates is a prompt for your own thinking, not a prediction and not advice.
Intellectual property
The site, its text, the Quantum Canvas name and mark, and the card images shown here belong to us or our licensors. You may read and share links to the site. You may not copy, scrape, reproduce or adapt its content or images without written permission, and you may not use the name or mark in a way that suggests endorsement or association.
Acceptable use
Please do not attempt to interfere with the site, submit automated or bulk signups, probe its security, or use it in any way that breaks the law. We may block access if you do.
Availability
The site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be available uninterrupted or free of error, and we may change or withdraw any part of it at any time without notice.
Our liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded. Where our liability can be limited, we limit it, to the extent the law allows, to resupplying the relevant part of the site or the cost of doing so.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or from decisions you make on the basis of anything described on it.

Where the site links elsewhere — for example to our published research or to an app store — we are not responsible for those sites or their content.
Privacy
How we handle your email address is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above will change when we do. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Courts in Queensland have non-exclusive jurisdiction, which does not prevent you bringing proceedings where the law entitles you to.
